You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptProof and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees (if applicable)
